About the role#
This is a 12-week summer internship program for students interested in future leadership roles within IT. You will work on assignments across key areas of the department. We aim to match these projects to your specific interests, talents, and development needs. This program serves as a pipeline for full-time roles after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Align with summer assignments in key IT areas.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's (Sophomore or Junior status) or Master's degree program in an IT-related discipline or Business Administration with an IT focus.
- A minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA.
- You must be returning to school after the internship.
- Permanent unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. without need for sponsorship.
- Experience in areas such as project management, business process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design, or technical documentation.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and the ability to work well in teams.
- Extracurricular involvement that shows leadership or IT-related skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Locations include Chicago, IL; Waukegan, IL; Santa Clara, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Alameda, CA; Plano, TX; and Minneapolis, MN.
- You must be willing to relocate for the duration of the assignment.
