About the role#
As an Electronics Intern in Production Engineering, you will contribute to the analysis of electronic circuit boards to support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Working within the Measurement and Analysis business segment, you will assist in optimizing production tools and processes to improve quality and maintain delivery schedules.
What you'll do#
- Test, diagnose, repair, and document repairs for electronic circuit boards.
- Participate in problem analysis and implement corrective solutions alongside continuous improvement teams.
- Provide daily support to production engineering and quality assurance departments to ensure compliant deliveries.
- Act as a technical resource and contribute to the development and updating of maintenance plans for production equipment.
- Develop new work methods and tools, and provide training to team members on their use.
What you'll need#
- College or technical studies in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and French, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Atlassian JIRA, and Guide IT is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of initiative and a collaborative spirit.
