About the role#
617MediaGroup is hiring a paid intern to support our partnership development team. This is a part-time position requiring at least 20 hours per week. Occasional night and weekend availability is necessary. You will work on-site in Boston.
What you'll do#
- Research contact information for prospecting.
- Upload contacts and deals into HubSpot.
- Review and edit existing contact details to align with marketing sequences.
- Catalog business development decks to create templates and ready-made slides.
- Update deals within HubSpot.
- Take notes during partnership development check-in calls.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience, preferably in partnership development or marketing.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- A dogged and organized approach to your work.
- A problem-solver mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Enrollment in a Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration program.
- A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for transportation to work events.
