About the role#
617MediaGroup is seeking a Partnership Development Intern to support our business development efforts. This is a paid, part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. Occasional night and weekend availability is required. Please note that employees in this role are expected to hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for work events.
What you'll do#
- Research contact information for prospecting.
- Manage data in HubSpot by uploading contacts and deals, updating deal status, and refining existing contact details to align with marketing sequences.
- Catalog business development decks to create templates and slide libraries.
- Take notes during partnership development check-in calls.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience, preferably in partnership development or marketing.
- Proficiency working with HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills and a persistent, problem-solving approach.
- Academic background in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
