About the role#
As a Founders Associate Intern at ARCbuild, you will support the founders on critical aspects of building the company. This role is designed for individuals who want to gain real-life entrepreneurial experience. You will work on high-priority tasks across strategic and operational work streams to drive company execution. Your work will help increase the founder's focus on strategic goals and ensure the rapid progress of the business.
What you'll do#
- Own and drive short-term projects across critical functions such as go-to-market preparation and internal system deployment.
- Conduct deep research and synthesize complex data to inform executive-level decisions.
- Provide high-leverage support on core founder tasks, including financial data synthesis and refining investor presentation narratives.
- Analyze the operations of the founder and executive team to identify bottlenecks.
- Implement solutions that streamline decision-making and project handoffs.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized university, with preference for top-50 ranked institutions.
- Previous work experience in consulting, investment banking, or a strategic role at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, paid internship position.
- The role is full-time with a rolling start date.
- You must be comfortable working remotely while maintaining high productivity and responsiveness.
