About the role#
Zurich Canada is seeking a student for an 8 or 12 month internship or co-op placement within the Finance department. You will join the Planning & Performance Management team to assist with data analysis, report generation, and process improvement. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while building your technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do#
- Gather data and prepare regular reports using established templates.
- Investigate data discrepancies and provide updates to the team.
- Maintain business dashboards to ensure stakeholders have current information.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and process enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Prior experience in a data, reporting, or analytical support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with dashboard or data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and a willingness to learn from others.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: Hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
- Compensation: 48,750 - 58,500 CAD per year.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
