About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program based in El Paso, Texas. It is designed to provide practical business experience and help students apply academic concepts to real-world scenarios. You will support the MedTech Supply Chain business. This program serves as a primary pipeline for the Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Provide budget support and assist in capital budgeting.
- Conduct financial consolidation and analysis.
- Analyze financial questions and problems to support business decision-making.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects to improve job metrics and processes.
- Partner with business teams to solve problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or Fifth Year Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a business-related major, with an expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Dual U.S. and Mexican citizenship.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adopt new AI tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

- Compensation: Paid position ($26 to $29 per hour, depending on experience and education level).
