About the role#
The NC Civic Fellowship Program offers students an opportunity to work on nonpartisan projects aimed at increasing voter participation. Fellows work with student teams to educate peers and mobilize them to cast ballots in the 2026 elections.
What you'll do#
- Educate and mobilize students to vote.
- Assist in outreach efforts to increase student participation in elections.
- Work on nonpartisan projects across campus.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at a college, university, or community college in North Carolina.
- Interest in civic education and mobilization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students.
- Commitment of up to 10 hours per week.
- Preferred fields of study include Political Science, Communications, Public Health, Business Administration, or Sociology.

- Location: Winston Salem, North Carolina.
- Term: Fall 2026 (August 10, 2026, to November 20, 2026).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
