About the role#
The Energy Supply Strategy, Governance, and Business Operations team acts as a central hub for business planning and executive communication. As an intern, you will support this team by helping to improve organizational effectiveness and keeping employees informed about business priorities. This role provides exposure to executive communications, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within the utility sector.
What you'll do#
- Develop and distribute internal communications, including newsletters and announcements.
- Create and update executive briefing materials, presentations, and infographics.
- Maintain SharePoint site content and manage communication resources.
- Document business processes and review workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support business operations through meeting coordination, action tracking, and governance documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong writing skills and experience building presentations in PowerPoint.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.
- Ability to commute to the office in-person for our hybrid work model.
