About the role#
As a Pension Outsourcing Intern, you will support our clients' defined benefit plans. You will work under the supervision of senior team members to handle recurring administration tasks and assist with project work. This role offers exposure to real-world business challenges and provides experience in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Perform recurring plan administration services for defined benefit plans.
- Assist with the preparation of benefit statements.
- Execute benefit calculations.
- Participate in team meetings and training activities.
- Ensure all work adheres to plan documents and government regulations.
- Collaborate with team members, including plan administrators and actuaries, to deliver services.
What you'll need#
- You are a current college student and at least a junior.
- You are pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field with significant quantitative coursework.
- You maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- You possess solid mathematical and analytical skills.
- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- You are scheduled to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring a mix of remote and in-office work.
- You must be within a commutable distance to one of our office locations: Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Minneapolis, MN; or Philadelphia, PA.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
