About the role#
This paid summer internship program offers hands-on experience within the Wealth Management departments at WSFS Bank. You will work alongside professionals on real-world projects and gain exposure to strategic decision-making. The program includes mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to network with leaders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with Advisors to prepare for client meetings.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Work on special projects that improve wealth management services and operations.
- Present your research or project findings to Senior Leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available for both in-person and virtual interviews, and an in-person orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Locations: Berwyn, Pennsylvania and Princeton, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027 (early June to mid-August).
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
