About the role#
WSFS Bank is looking for college students to join our 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship. This paid, full-time program provides hands-on experience in financial services. You will work alongside professionals, engage in mentorship, and contribute to real-world projects. The program runs from the first week of June through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Support special projects that improve wealth management services and operations.
- Present on your research, projects, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- You have fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- You have critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You have reliable transportation.
- You are available for in-person orientation and interviews.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, or Princeton, New Jersey.
- You must be able to work up to 5 days per week on-site.
- This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
