About the role#
This paid summer internship at WSFS Bank offers hands-on experience in the wealth management sector. You will work alongside professionals across multiple business lines, gaining exposure to real-world operations and strategic decision-making. What you'll do#
- Support customer compliance, due diligence, and Middle Office operations.
- Provide general support to trust administration and operations.
- Complete research, projects, or operational activities and present your findings to leadership.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives and employee resource groups.
- Build professional connections through collaboration with peers and experienced staff.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027 (full-time, 40 hours per week).
- Modality: On-site (up to 5 days per week).
- Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be available for in-person orientation and interviews.
