About the role#
WSFS Bank is looking for students for the 2027 Summer Internship Program within the Trust & Wealth Finance department. This is a 10-week, full-time program designed to provide hands-on experience in financial services. You will work alongside industry professionals on real business initiatives, participate in professional development, and engage with team members through volunteer and social events.
What you'll do#
- Assist with accounting functions, including account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review general ledger entries.
- Support financial performance reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret key financial metrics and trends.
- Contribute to special projects and respond to ad hoc requests.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Available for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks, full-time).
- Compensation: Paid internship.
