About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Project Management Office (PMO) at WSFS Bank. You will work under the guidance of the PMO Manager to support technology initiatives, learn project management fundamentals, and contribute to real business goals. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program.
What you'll do#
- Assist the PMO with project planning, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
- Manage project documentation and support process improvement efforts.
- Develop presentations and reports for various stakeholders.
- Track project risks and issues while maintaining governance processes.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects to support Technology and Operations.
- Develop and deliver a final capstone project to senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- You possess fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- You demonstrate critical thinking, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
- You can work both independently and as part of a team.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- The position requires working on-site up to 5 days per week.
- You must have reliable transportation to the office.
- You must be available for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
