About the role#
This is a 10-week paid summer internship within our Retail Delivery division. You will work on the front lines of consumer banking by supporting our branch and contact center teams. This role provides direct exposure to how we serve clients and manage business performance. You will work alongside professionals across multiple business lines and contribute to real projects.
What you'll do#
- Support branch and contact center teams in daily client service operations.
- Gain practical insight into sales and service strategies.
- Learn about business performance management and client experience.
- Deliver financial solutions through multiple channels.
- Work alongside professionals across various business lines.
- Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- We prefer students pursuing a major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- You have reliable transportation and can work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- You possess fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- You can think critically, analyze data, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are available for both in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
