About the role#
The Retail Delivery Internship is a paid, full-time program for Summer 2027. You will work on-site for 40 hours per week over 10 weeks. This role offers exposure to consumer banking operations, project work, and professional development within a financial institution.
What you'll do#
- Support branch and contact center teams on the front lines of consumer banking.
- Gain insight into sales and service strategies, business performance management, and client experience.
- Learn how the bank delivers financial solutions through multiple channels.
- Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
