About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from early June through mid-August. You will be based on-site at a WSFS Bank office in Wilmington, Delaware.
What you'll do#
- Explore how consumer banking products are designed, managed, marketed, and optimized to meet client needs.
- Gain exposure to product strategy, digital experiences, market research, and promotional campaigns.
- Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities to senior leaders.
- Participate in mentorship, professional development, and career-focused conversations.
- Engage in networking events, panel discussions, volunteer initiatives, and employee resource groups.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- We prefer majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- You have fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- You have critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- You are available for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation.
- You are authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
