About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Home Lending team at WSFS Bank to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. You will work directly with professionals on real business initiatives while learning the end-to-end mortgage and home equity lending process.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to meaningful project work and real business initiatives.
- Work alongside industry professionals to understand daily operations.
- Learn about mortgage and home equity products, loan processing, underwriting, and operations.
- Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Fundamental computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
- Availability for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.

- Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site (up to 5 days per week).
