About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for students interested in a career in financial services. You will work alongside industry professionals to learn how financial insights drive strategic decision-making. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and performance management.
- Contribute to real business initiatives and projects.
- Support and present on research or operational activities to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
- Collaborate with fellow interns and experienced professionals across the bank.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
- You possess fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- You demonstrate critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- You can work both independently and collaboratively.
- You have reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Wilmington, Delaware.
- The role is fully on-site.
- The internship runs for 10 weeks, from early June through mid-August 2027.
- You must be available for both in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person orientation.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
