About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work alongside professionals across multiple business lines to learn how financial insights drive strategic decisions. The program covers budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and performance management. You will follow a comprehensive learning program, support projects, and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and performance management.
- Work on real business initiatives with experienced professionals.
- Build your professional network through mentorship and career-focused conversations.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and company social events.
- Present research and project outcomes to senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Availability for in-person orientation and both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
