About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work with the Enterprise Learning and Change Management team. You will support day-to-day learning technology operations and contribute to real business initiatives. The program lasts 10 weeks during the summer of 2027 and is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including course configuration and learner enrollment.
- Monitor user access and troubleshoot system issues.
- Perform quality assurance reviews and content updates.
- Test system functionality.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track learning effectiveness, system utilization, and learner engagement.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A business-related college major is preferred.
- Fundamental computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
- You must be available to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Candidates must be available for both in-person and virtual interviews.
- In-person orientation with Human Resources is required.
