About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship within the Trust Wealth division at WSFS Bank. You will work alongside professionals across multiple business lines to gain experience in operations and strategic decision-making. The program runs from the first week of June through mid-August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration and operations area of the Trust Wealth division.
- Perform Orion reporting and conduct delegated investment advisor due diligence.
- Manage annual stock retention and compliance reporting.
- Complete various operational projects and tasks.
- Present your research, projects, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and company social events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program with at least one full year completed by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written forms.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Availability for in-person and virtual interviews and an in-person HR orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
