About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship within the Trust Wealth division at WSFS Bank. You will work on operations and administration tasks to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry. The program runs from early June through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Support the administration and operations team.
- Manage Orion reporting and annual stock retention or compliance reporting.
- Conduct delegated investment advisor due diligence.
- Assist with various operational projects and tasks.
- Participate in professional development activities and networking events.
- Present your research or project work to senior leaders.
- Engage with employee resource groups and volunteer initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.
- Clear oral and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site role requiring the ability to work up to 5 days per week at the office.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Requirements: Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews, plus an in-person orientation.
