    About the role#

    The Bryn Mawr Trust Advisory Summer Internship provides college students with hands-on experience in financial services. You will work alongside professionals on real-world projects and gain exposure to wealth management operations. This is a paid, full-time program designed to help you build professional connections through mentorship and collaboration.

    What you'll do#

    • Support Wealth Advisors and Investment Advisors by preparing for client meetings and conducting research.
    • Analyze financial data and assist with planning activities.
    • Document meeting outcomes and handle administrative reporting.
    • Support internal committees.
    • Contribute to special projects that improve wealth management services and operational efficiency.

    What you'll need#

    • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
    • Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
    • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Reliable transportation.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
    • Term: Summer 2027 (early June through mid-August).
    • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week at the office.
    • Requirements: You must be available for in-person and virtual interviews and attend an in-person orientation with Human Resources. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
