About the role#
The Bryn Mawr Trust Advisory internship is a full-time, paid summer program for students interested in financial services. You will work alongside wealth and investment advisors to gain hands-on experience in a professional banking environment. The program includes mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities to contribute to projects that impact wealth management services and operational efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Support Wealth and Investment Advisors by preparing for client meetings and conducting research.
- Analyze financial data and assist with planning activities.
- Document outcomes from meetings and handle administrative reporting.
- Contribute to internal committees and special projects to improve client experiences.
- Participate in professional development activities and networking events.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You possess fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- You demonstrate clear oral and written communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- You can work independently and as part of a team.
- You have reliable transportation and are available for in-person and virtual interviews, plus an in-person orientation.

- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027 (full-time, 40 hours per week).
- Modality: This is an on-site position.
