About the role#
The BMTA Investment Research & Strategies internship is a 10-week, full-time program for college students interested in financial services. You will work alongside professionals in Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation, and Investment Operations. This role offers exposure to portfolio analysis and the investment decision-making process.
What you'll do#
- Support Investment Research teams across multiple disciplines.
- Gather data and assist with documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Create and assist with presentation materials.
- Participate in professional development, volunteer initiatives, and networking events.
- Present research, projects, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: On-site, up to 5 days per week.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation, availability for in-person orientation, and availability for in-person and virtual interviews.
