About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience in clinical research. You will provide administrative and project training support to the clinical project team. The role is designed to help you gain real-world work experience while contributing to project delivery services.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned projects and participate in periodic assessments throughout the internship, including a final assessment at the end of the term.
- Arrange and track system access for project team members.
- Perform quality audit checks to ensure project portals contain the most recent document revisions.
- Assist the team with the preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation, such as the Investigator Site File.
- Maintain version control for project documentation and submit files to the trial master file.
- Track and maintain project-related information, including site medical question and answer logs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Clinical Research Program or a master’s level program at an accredited university.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and a willingness to work within changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.

- Employment type: Part-time.
