About the role#
This is a train-to-hire opportunity for individuals interested in becoming massage therapists. You will complete a 501-hour hybrid program through the Alpha School of Massage to build the skills required for professional practice. Upon successful completion of training, licensing, and hiring requirements, you may pursue employment with Hand & Stone.
What you'll do#
- Attend classes and complete required study hours.
- Build practical, hands-on massage skills through structured education.
- Develop the communication and professionalism needed to work with clients.
- Complete all necessary examinations and licensing steps for the state of Florida.

- A serious commitment to becoming a massage therapist.
- Reliability and a strong willingness to learn.

- No prior massage experience or license is required to begin.
Location & details#
- Training takes place in Panama City, Florida.
- This is a part-time, hybrid program with classes starting November 9, 2026.
- Tuition assistance may be available for approved candidates, subject to eligibility terms.
- Students may be considered for optional, paid Spa Associate roles while attending school, depending on availability.
