About the role#
This internship provides students with hands-on experience in clinical research. You will support the clinical project team by handling administrative tasks and project training. Your work ensures that project delivery services remain accurate and timely.
What you'll do#
- Complete assigned projects and internal assessments throughout the internship.
- Perform a final assessment at the end of the program.
- Arrange and track system access for project team members.
- Conduct quality audit checks to keep project portal documents current.
- Assist with the preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation.
- Manage version control for project documents and submit them to the trial master file.
- Track project information and maintain logs for site medical questions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Clinical Research Program or a master level program at an accredited university.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with presentations.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work within changing priorities.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse individuals.
- A commitment to high standards and a collaborative team approach.

- This is a remote, part-time, paid internship.
- The role is based in North Carolina, United States.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
