About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within our Technical Solutions department. You will assist with customer service tasks and gain practical training in telecommunications support.
What you'll do#
- Resolve customer issues related to voice, internet, and video services.
- Perform computer repairs.
- Run troubleshooting tests for telephone, internet, and video systems.
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
- Interact with visitors and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of wireless technology components.
- An interest in building a career in technology.
- Majors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time position.
- Work is on-site in Mayfield, Kentucky, Murray, Kentucky, or Martin, Tennessee.
- The term is rolling.
