About the role#
WinnCompanies is hiring an IT Intern to join the corporate team at our headquarters in Boston. This role focuses on the technology infrastructure of our property portfolio. You will manage the transfer of systems during community onboarding and offboarding while ensuring that internal technology aligns with our business goals.
What you'll do#
- Oversee technology infrastructure implementation and transfers for our communities.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology integration projects.
- Coordinate services and duties across different internal teams.
- Support the Business Systems and Technology department with operational tasks.
- Handle administrative duties including meeting scheduling, ordering, delivery coordination, and invoice processing.
- Track location-specific inventory.
- Assist with department communications and deliver solutions to improve internal efficiency.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong project management experience and the ability to lead technology implementations.
- Proven ability to manage collaborative teams across internal and external groups.
- Strong leadership qualities and the initiative to drive tasks forward.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-level customer service.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Boston, Massachusetts.
- The role is part-time, up to 30 hours per week.
- The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- This is a paid internship with a compensation range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
