About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program based in Norwalk, Connecticut. You will work on active projects, participate in community outreach, and gain exposure to senior leadership through a network of mentors.
What you'll do#
- Assist the asset modeling team with updates and the implementation of new assets, strategies, and allocations.
- Help with asset reconciliation and improvements to modeling efficiency.
- Learn to use AXIS software.
- Perform model runs for business as usual tasks and reconciliation work.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior at a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft programs like Outlook, Teams, Access, and CoPilot.
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Norwalk, Connecticut.
- Term: Summer 2027, full time from early June to mid-August.
- Format: Hybrid, with 3 days in-person and 2 days working from home.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate between $20.00 and $30.00.
