About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to support a merchandise team within a specific product category. You will gain insight into the retail business by working alongside mentors and cross-functional partners. The program includes professional training, networking events, and the chance to pitch a new project idea to our executive leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Partner with a merchandise team to learn about pricing, cost changes, and SKU maintenance.
- Prepare business reports and assist in the development of product strategies.
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors and internal photo teams.
- Develop and present a new project idea to executive leadership.
- Participate in business meetings and contribute to team projects.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student in your junior year with an anticipated graduation date in 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency in Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in San Francisco, California.
- The role is on-site 4 days per week.
- The program runs from June 7th to August 13th, 2028.
