About the role#
As an Application Integration intern, you will assist the team with support, documentation, ticket reviews, and operational tasks. You will learn how to install, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications within a professional IT environment. You will report to the Application Integration Supervisor.
What you'll do#
- Participate in the installation and upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases for custom and commercial software.
- Review and update tickets in the team queue by gathering information and documenting status.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, job aids, and checklists for supported applications.
- Collaborate with the Application Integration Team and other IT groups to learn support processes, change management, and documentation practices.
- Join team meetings and project discussions to develop an understanding of enterprise application support.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Completed your sophomore year of college.
- Familiarity with networking, browsers, operating systems, databases, and programming.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or programming concepts through coursework or personal projects, such as Python, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
