About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our corporate headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska. You will spend 10 weeks immersed in our maintenance operations to gain hands-on experience with our equipment. The program helps you explore various career paths within the company while you work alongside our teams.
What you'll do#
- Work directly on maintenance equipment.
- Rotate through various departments including the Truck Shop, Trailer Shop, Body Shop, Road Breakdown, Reclaim Center, Parts Department, and Prep Bay.
- Participate in functional and cross-functional overviews to understand how our business runs.
- Network with your peers and company leaders.
- Engage in on-the-job learning to build your technical skills.
What you'll need#
- An interest in maintenance operations.
- The ability to commit to the full 10-week immersion program.
