About the role#
This structural engineering internship offers students the opportunity to expand their technical education while working on diverse architectural projects. Interns contribute to project teams focused on commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. Participants are eligible to join the in-house staff development program.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers to solve complex structural challenges.
- Participate on project teams for various architectural building types.
- Engage in professional development through the internal staff program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Civil Engineering with at least 24 hours of completed engineering coursework.
- Acceptance into or plans to apply for a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- EIT certification is preferred.
