Civil Engineering Intern

About the role#

As a Civil Engineering Intern, you will join our project teams to help design and develop a variety of civil, land, and site development projects. This role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on high-impact projects across commercial and institutional sectors.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate on the design and development of civil, land, and site development projects.
• Gain exposure to real-world engineering challenges, including site layout and grading, stormwater management, utility design, and sustainable infrastructure planning.
• Participate in our in-house staff development program.
• Work within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or completion of at least 40 college hours toward a BS in Civil Engineering, including a minimum of 24 hours in engineering, physics, or math.
• A strong technical foundation in civil engineering.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for designing innovative and sustainable site development projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation is preferred but not required.
• A written recommendation from a civil engineering professor.
