About the role#
This is a rolling internship opportunity within the structural engineering group. You will expand your structural engineering education by working alongside project teams on diverse architectural projects, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings. Interns are eligible to participate in the in-house staff development program.
What you'll do#
- Participate on project teams for various architectural projects.
- Contribute to the design of commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings.
- Engage in the in-house staff development program.
What you'll need#
- A sound technical background in structural engineering.
- A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a minimum of 24 hours of completed engineering coursework toward this degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
- EIT certification is preferred.
- Enrollment in or plans to apply for a graduate program in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
