About the role#
The Diagnostics Intern will join a team of engineers providing specialized services for commercial structures and complexes. This role focuses on forensics, restoration, renovation, and rehabilitation projects across various facility types, including stadiums, arenas, convention centers, office buildings, and parking garages.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide diagnostics services on commercial projects.
- Contribute to work within four core practice areas: Building Enclosure, Forensic Analysis, Parking Restoration, and Restoration/Renovation.
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Demonstrated interest in fields such as forensics engineering or building envelope rehabilitation.
- Strong technical background and enthusiasm for field work required to diagnose structural issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
