About the role#
The Diagnostics Intern will join a team of engineers providing specialized services for commercial structures and complexes, including stadiums, hospitals, and parking garages. This position focuses on the forensics, restoration, renovation, and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects across four core practice areas: Building Enclosure, Forensic Analysis, Parking Restoration, and Restoration/Renovation.
- Assist in diagnosing issues with various significant structures.
- Communicate project updates and technical findings to clients and internal team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Demonstrated interest in forensics engineering or building envelope rehabilitation.
- Strong technical background and enthusiasm for field work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
