About the role#
The Grace Summer Internship offers a path into the Commercial Leadership Program. You will work on projects within Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. This role helps you gain experience while you support day-to-day business needs. You will create solutions and streamline existing processes. During the program, you will work alongside experts in catalysts, business operations, and materials technology. You will also participate in networking and professional development activities.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Status as an incoming junior or senior student.
- A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with MS Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments.
- Genuine interest in the Commercial Leadership Program.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position based in Columbia, Maryland.
- The internship runs for 11 weeks from June 2nd to August 13th.
- You must be available for the full duration of the program.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
