About the role#
This internship is part of the Technical Training Support department. You will help build a library of training videos for software, applications, and business tools. You will work with subject matter experts to turn technical demonstrations into professional learning resources that support employee development and onboarding.
What you'll do#
- Interview subject matter experts to gather information.
- Write scripts, outlines, and supporting training materials.
- Record, edit, and publish software demonstration and training videos.
- Create visual graphics and callouts to improve learning effectiveness.
- Coordinate review cycles and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist with documenting software processes and tool functionality.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least 30 semester hours completed.
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio, demo reel, or examples of your video editing work.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to independently develop content from interviews and technical discussions.

- Location: Greensboro, North Carolina.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week.
- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly range of $17.00 - $46.00.
