About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern at Visual Property Management, you will join the Leasing Team to assist with tenant lead sourcing and operations. This role offers practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. You will work across teams including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to support property tours and tenant inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Gain experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn.
