This is a paid internship position for Summer 2026 based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role offers exposure to the real estate industry through hands-on experience in leasing, marketing strategies, and property operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist the leasing team in sourcing tenant leads and managing lead operations.
- Conduct market research and support marketing strategy development.
- Gain experience in real estate deal making.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and work within a team environment.

- Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
- Modality: On-site
- Compensation: $8/hr plus $100 per lease
