About the role#

This is a paid internship position for Summer 2026 based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role offers exposure to the real estate industry through hands-on experience in leasing, marketing strategies, and property operations.

What you'll do#

Assist the leasing team in sourcing tenant leads and managing lead operations.
Conduct market research and support marketing strategy development.
Gain experience in real estate deal making.
Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.

What you'll need#

Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and work within a team environment.

Location & details#

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Modality: On-site
Compensation: $8/hr plus $100 per lease
Benefits: Free housing available if relocation is required
