About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern, you will join the Leasing Team to support tenant lead sourcing and operations. This role offers practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. You will work alongside teams in Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management to coordinate property tours and handle tenant inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Leasing Team with lead sourcing and operations.
- Conduct market research and support marketing strategy development.
- Help coordinate property tours and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company.
- Gain hands-on experience in real estate deal making.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program, preferably in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn.

- Compensation: This is a paid internship. You will receive $8 per hour plus $100 per lease. Free housing is available if relocation is required.
