About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern at Visual Property Management, you will join the Leasing Team to gain hands-on experience in real estate operations. This role offers exposure to market research, marketing strategy, and deal-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management, to support property management workflows.
What you'll do#
- Source tenant leads and support lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Participate in market research and develop marketing strategies.
- Work alongside internal teams to support real estate deal-making activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- A proactive willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
