About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern, you will join the Leasing Team to support tenant lead generation and operations. This role provides practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. You will work alongside cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management, to support property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Gain experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making.
- Coordinate property tours and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn.
