About the role#
As a Summer Leasing & Marketing Intern, you will join the Leasing Team to gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. You will work within a team environment to develop a broad understanding of leasing operations and contribute to the company's property management goals.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
- Gain hands-on experience in real estate deal making and marketing strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Hermitage, Tennessee.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This position is paid at $8/hr plus $100 per lease. Free housing is available if relocation is required.
