About the role#
This summer internship provides practical experience in real estate leasing, market research, and marketing strategy. You will join the Leasing Team to support operations and gain exposure to deal making within the property management industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Help coordinate property tours and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
- Participate in projects related to market research and real estate strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
