As a Leasing & Marketing Intern, you will join the Leasing Team to gain practical experience in real estate deal making, market research, and marketing strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management, to support property operations and leasing matters.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments to support leasing and marketing initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience in real estate market research and deal execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- A willingness to learn and work effectively within a team environment.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $8 per hour plus $100 per lease.
- Relocation: Free housing may be offered if relocation is required.
