About the role#
As a member of the Leasing Team, you will gain practical experience in market research, marketing strategy, and real estate deal making. You will work within a team environment to develop a broad understanding of leasing matters.
What you'll do#
- Assist in sourcing tenant leads and supporting lead operations.
- Coordinate property tours and manage tenant inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Asset Management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn.
