The Patricia Sagna Memorial Internship is designed to support students in building international career experience within supply chain operations and logistics. This role focuses on maintaining a reliable supply of eyeglasses for hospitals, vision centers, and government agencies serving low-income customers in emerging markets. You will report to the Global Supply Chain Director and collaborate with global finance and sales teams.
What you'll do#
- Participate in meetings regarding inventory management, forecasting, third-party logistics, warehouse operations, and procurement versus sales performance.
- Receive hands-on training in the SAP ERP system, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and conducting inventory transfers.
- Create and analyze sales and procurement reports while assisting with the tracking of supply chain metrics.
- Conduct interviews with department leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Development, Marketing, and Sales to understand cross-functional organizational operations.
- Develop and undertake a strategic project aligned with your interests and organizational needs, presenting findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to commit to a 20-hour work week.
- Demonstrated interest in social enterprise, international development, global health, or livelihoods.
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. and residency within Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.

- Term: Summer 2026 (June 1, 2026, through September 2026).
- Modality: Remote.
- Compensation: $5,600 total stipend ($20/hr).
- Employment type: Internship (part-time).
