Fall 2026 Internship - Outlet Design

About the role#

This Fall 2026 internship provides an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the retail apparel industry. You will support the Outlet Design team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and various design-related projects. This program is for academic credit only.

What you'll do#

• Assist the design team across all aspects of the design process.
• Maintain the trim library by organizing samples and trims.
• Sketch and update CADs in Adobe Illustrator following meetings and fittings.
• Manage and update binders for fabrics, CADs, trims, and artwork.
• Organize and file paperwork, color swatches, and physical samples to maintain a functional workspace.
• Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a design-related program, such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Architecture.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• An eager, positive, and enthusiastic attitude toward learning.

Location & details#

• Location: Stamford, Connecticut.
• Modality: On-site, requiring attendance at the office at least two days per week.
• Term: Fall 2026, lasting up to 15 weeks.
• Commitment: Maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Requirement: Must be able to provide documentation from your school to receive academic credit.
