About the role#
Videotron is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship based in Montréal. You will support the HR team with administrative tasks and ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Produce employment and insurance confirmation letters.
- Update employee information and internal records.
- Maintain organizational structures within HR systems.
- Answer employee questions regarding working conditions, policies, and programs.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate resources.
- Handle various administrative tasks and special projects to support the HR team.
What you'll need#
- A completed or ongoing Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for regular communication with external partners and colleagues outside of Quebec.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and resourcefulness.
