About the role#
The Sales Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience designed for college students entering their final year. The program provides mentorship and coaching to prepare participants for a career in construction sales. Interns spend the first two weeks at the company headquarters in Easton, Pennsylvania, before moving to their assigned field geography for the remaining eight weeks.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in construction markets, products, solutions, and selling strategies.
- Gain hands-on experience by assembling products.
- Participate in field immersion with regional sales managers and sales representatives.
- Engage directly with construction stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and distribution partners.
- Visit high-profile job sites and advanced fabrication facilities.
- Assess selling opportunities and participate in strategic sales calls.
What you'll need#
- Current college student entering your final year.
- Preferred majors include Construction Management, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, or equivalent fields.
- Strong interest in sales and the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
