About the role#
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our project management team during the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Greenville, South Carolina. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate project documentation, and help keep our engineering processes running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Document meeting notes and track action items through to completion.
- Maintain project tracking tools to ensure milestones are accurate.
- Compile project reports focused on financial, product, and regional KPIs.
- Provide customer-facing reporting to track and forecast project progress.
- Ensure project plans reflect current status.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including submitting technical submittals, test documents, and shipping logs to clients.
- Coordinate site activities with field service and production teams while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- 1 to 3 years of project coordination experience in a manufacturing or datacenter environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
- Project Management certifications or relevant equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
